- Refunds are assessed based on service type and completion stage. Consultations and completed work may not be refundable.

- Manuscripts remain your property. Scholar Impact may use them only to provide services.
- Materials provided by Scholar Impact remain our property and cannot be shared or reproduced.
- Your data is kept confidential and accessed only by authorized personnel.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not:
- Submit plagiarized or fraudulent content.
- Use services for non-academic or commercial purposes.
- Engage in activity that harms Scholar Impact’s reputation or operations.
7. Limitation of Liability
Scholar Impact is not responsible for manuscript rejection, journal decisions, or indirect damages. Use of our services is at your own risk.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services if you violate these terms or engage in unethical or illegal activity.
